Community Guidelines

How people treat each other here.

Draft — requires review by qualified Indian legal counsel before launch. This is not legal advice.

Last updated 10 સપ્ટેમ્બર, 2026 · This policy is maintained in English. Translations are provided for convenience.

Be straight with people

  • Say what is really in the item.
  • Say when you are really travelling.
  • If you cannot make it, say so early. A late cancellation costs someone their day.

Treat each other well

  • No harassment, threats, or abuse.
  • No discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, language, region, disability or anything else.
  • Keep conversation in the app and keep it about the delivery.

Keep it inside CarriBag

Arranging a delivery outside the platform removes the identity checks, the handover codes, the payment protection and the record. If something then goes wrong, there is nothing to review.

What happens when someone breaks these

  • A warning for a first, minor problem.
  • Suspension while something serious is investigated.
  • Permanent removal for prohibited items, fraud, or putting someone at risk.
  • Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities.
