    Take a clear photo before packing.

    Traveller checks and accepts

    Look at the item. Accept only if you are comfortable.

    Seal number

    Enter or scan the tamper-evident seal number.

    Pickup code

    The sender reads out a 6-digit code. The traveller enters it.

    Journey starts

    The trip status changes to In transit.

    Delivery code

    The receiver reads out a code. The traveller enters it.

  8. 8

    Delivery photo

    Optional photo at the point of delivery.

    Payment released

    The traveller's earnings are released after the delivery code.

    Rate or report

    Both people can rate each other or report a problem.

Before you agree

  • Senders: say exactly what is inside. A traveller who finds something different can refuse, and should.
  • Travellers: look at the item. You may ask to see inside, where the law allows it. If you are not comfortable, decline — declining for a safety reason never counts against you.
  • Never agree to carry a sealed item you have not seen.

At handover

  • Meet in a public place. A station, a bus stand or a busy street is better than a doorway.
  • Photograph the item and the packaging before it changes hands.
  • Record the seal number if one is used.
  • The sender gives the pickup code only once the item is in the traveller’s hands.

On the journey

  • Keep the item with you. Do not pass it to a third person.
  • Follow the rules of the train, bus or other operator you are travelling with.
  • Tell the sender through in-app chat if you are delayed.

At delivery

  • The receiver gives the delivery code only after checking the item.
  • A delivery photo is optional but settles most disagreements before they start.
  • Payment is released after the delivery code is entered.

If something is wrong

  • Do not carry it. Report it from the trip screen.
  • If you believe there is an immediate danger to someone, contact the local police first.
  • Report a person, an item or a trip at any point. Reports are reviewed by CarriBag support.
